Our Policies

In order to cancel or change your reservations, you must call by 12:00 noon 2 days prior to your arrival.

If no cancellation call is made, and the guest(s) do not show up, then they are charged for the first night.

All guest rooms are smoke-free. Any smoke smell or evidence found in room will result in a $150 fine.

We have convenient check-in services.

For those who decide to extend their stay another day, we ask that you make arrangements at the office by 10:30 am.

We Accept: Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Travelers Checks

If you choose to pay with a credit card, a processing fee of 3.75% will be added to your invoice.

Your dog is welcome in specific dog-friendly guest rooms, if you accept our policy. View our Pet Friendly Rooms

Pet Policy:

We love animals. Please let us know about yours.
Dogs must be registered at the front-desk.
Dogs are an additional $20 each per day.
There is a two (2) pet max.
Pets must not be left unattended in the room.
Crates are encouraged. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pets.
Please do not allow your pet to jump on the furniture.
Darby has a leash law.
There is a $150 cleaning fee for undisclosed animals.
Cats and other types of animals are not allowed.

A group’s coordinator can reserve a block of rooms. At least 14 days prior to arrival, the individuals within your group must call and reserve a room. Two weeks out (14 days), the un-reserved rooms are released for general sale.
Or, you can reserve a block of rooms, and at least 14 days prior to arrival, you provide the guest list. Two weeks out, the un-reserved rooms are released for general sale.
Or, you can reserve a block of rooms, and they remain under the designated group name until the group’s arrival. The group’s coordinator may release rooms up until 14 days prior to arrival.
